Keierica Howard is an emerging recording artist whose sound boldly blends the infectious energy of New Orleans bounce with raw, soul-stirring vocals and subtle pop undertones. Distinctive and unapologetic, her artistry cuts through an industry saturated with cookie-cutter R&B and pop acts, offering a sound that is both nostalgic and refreshingly new.

A Houma, Louisiana native and proud Clark Atlanta University alumna (Class of 2014), Keierica’s passion for music began at just three years old, when she captivated her family with an impromptu performance of the ’90s classic “Candy Rain.” By the age of nine, she delivered her first solo performance at church—an experience that ignited a flame and confirmed her calling to pursue music professionally.

 

Inspired by Atlanta’s rich musical legacy—home to icons such as TLC, Usher, Monica, Jagged Edge, Ciara, and 112—Keierica relocated to the city to expand her artistry and opportunities. Since then, she has made a powerful mark on the Atlanta music scene with her magnetic presence and unmistakable sound. She has performed on notable stages including South by Southwest (SXSW), Apache Café, and The Music Room, and has had the distinguished honor of singing the National Anthem three times at an NBA New Orleans Pelicans home game, showcasing her vocal excellence on a national platform.

 

Keierica’s talents extend beyond music into television and theater. She made her television debut in March 2017 on FOX’s “The Q,” reaching millions of viewers nationwide. Since then, she has appeared in popular series including All the Queen’s Men, BMF, and 7th & Love, and has starred in stage productions such as Daddy’s Home, But My Husband Ain’t, In-Laws from Hell, and I Cheated, So What!

 

Most recently, Keierica released her single “Fallin,” produced by Grammy-nominated and platinum producer Romano and mastered by Grammy-nominated production team The Exclusives. Available now on all streaming platforms, the record highlights her emotional depth, vocal power, and continued artistic growth.
